Will Rainmeter ever render images using GPUs?

Because GPUs are better suited for rendering graphical things (duh, Graphics Cards), will Rainmeter ever have a possibility to handle things with the GPU rather than the CPU? - for example PNG sequences used as animations at higher frame rates take a toll on my computer, which does have a medium-high end GPU playing MW3 at ultra settings, even though they said it could not. It could easily render these skins.
