Searching for time and date application

Post by Zrynoth »

Hello, I started with making my desktop a little more attractive just recently. And I found an application I like multiple times on screenshots from others. But I can't find it myself.

Like this one: http://dracul91.deviantart.com/art/End-of-The-World-for-Rainmeter-167290077 It's the date in the right corner.

I'm also looking for a clock. Just somthing simple that would fit inside the small space left from the date app I mentioned before. I prefer digital numbers, like 12:57
But I want to let it overlay on everything, so it should be visible on every background (also white)

thanks in advance, and my excuses if this isn't the place.

Sure thing.

As far as the clock, I would recommend that you create your own.

You just need a Time measure to get the time in any format you want, and a String meter to display it.

Thanks for the quick responds btw.

I will try it out later today. Then it's also a more personal desktop I guess :p

Yes, and the real fun of Rainmeter isn't just downloading some stuff others have made, but learning how to use it as a toolkit to make your own cool stuff. A digital clock is a good place to start, as it is something that is really easy at the core of it, but has a lot of room for doing interesting things to make it your own.
