Make rainmeter recognize skins on other drives

I recently got a new desktop and it has 2 drives, an ssd with the OS (the C drive) and a hard drive (E drive) that I want to keep all my programs and things on; how can I get my rainmeter to load skins saved on my E drive? I am playing through the settings and have even went into the coding and changed the skin folder location from the c drive to the e drive but to no avail.
