Can't download

So I am new to Rainmeter and I am trying to download the program (I already have a skin I want to use) but I can't seem to download. As well, when I tried to install it before I got the error message 126 but I have all the 64-bit library information. Help!

Go to http://rainmeter.net
click on the Download link at the mottom left of the page under "Final Release"
Save the file to your computer
Go to the folder of the file
Right-click and select "Run as Administrator"
Now follow the installation instructions

The installer still does not work correctly for everybody when not run as administrator. If these instructions do not work, we have a more complicated problem.

Perhaps you should try it in different browser

Are you located in a country other than the United States?

Located in Canada. And can't use anything but Chrome. Every other browser slows my computer down and Firefox nearly crashed it.
