Why do you not offer https when signing in?

It is not something that has a high priority for us. There is a fair amount of work required to implement, not only in the phpbb software, but our other static areas of the site. We also would need to get a certificate from the hosting company, and keep that current over time.

We have no objection, but it is not something we are likely to drop everything and address immediately.
