RainBackup and MakeRmskin for rainmeter ?
where can i het application such as Rainbackup and makermskin for rainmeter....I tried searching but failed, anyone can post a download link here ? really needed

There is no more RainBackup, you need to just backup your skins and settings as a normal part of your backup strategy.
As to creating .rmskins, that is built into Rainmeter. You will see a button "Create .rmskin" at the bottom left of the Manage panel.
