Script error

Post by Frostschaden »

My calendar was working fine and now I get this error...

Code: Select all

ERRO (01:13:02.957) : Script: Calendar.lua:204: invalid value (nil) at index 3 in table for 'concat'
All the number values disappear.

I've made no changes to the script file recently and unfortunately my knowledge is limited in this area.

Any ideas?

Assuming you are using Enigma, please try this and let me know how it goes:

I'm actually using a modified version, I'm scared to touch it. I don't really know what I'm doing, the only modifying I did was to the TextStyles. Here is the version I'm using

Code: Select all

function Initialize()
	sRange = string.lower(SELF:GetOption('Range', 'month'))
	iStartOnMondays = SELF:GetNumberOption('StartOnMonday', 0) > 0
	iLeadingZeroes = SELF:GetNumberOption('LeadingZeroes', 0) > 0
	iEDaysColor ='TextStyleDayValue'..(SELF:GetNumberOption('ExtraDays') > 0 and 'Extra' or 'Invisible')

	Error=false

	iRange = {month = 42, week = 7}
	if not iRange[sRange] then sRange = 'month' end
	tCurrMonth = {31, 28, 31, 30, 31, 30, 31, 31, 30, 31, 30, 31}
	iDayOnLastUpdate = 0

	local tLabels = Delim(SELF:GetOption('DayLabels'))
	if #tLabels < 7 then tLabels = {'S', 'M', 'T', 'W', 'R', 'F', 'S'} end
	for i = 1, 7 do
		SKIN:Bang('!SetOption', 'Day'..i..'Label', 'Text', tLabels[iStartOnMondays and i%7+1 or i])
	end

	hFile = {}

You're using a pretty old version. The issue you're having is so old that I don't even remember what the fix was.

The only chance for me to help you is if you zip up all the files you edited and upload them.

Perhaps it would be best to use the version you recommended instead. I'll give that a try and report how it goes.

I've managed to get everything working again using Smurfiers Lua calendar 4.1, how would I go about setting the range to Week long?

Would this be correct?

Code: Select all

Range = SELF:GetOption'Range', -- String
With the range being defined in the skins Measure

Code: Select all

[MeasureCalendar]
Measure=Script
ScriptFile=#@#Calendar\Calendar.lua
EventFile=#EventsFile#
MonthLabels=January|February|March|April|May|June|July|August|September|October|November|December
Range=Month
StartOnMonday=#StartDay#
