Can't change Fahrenheit to Celsiuis.

Have a look in the UserVariables.inc for the Variable called Metric which is almost certainly set to 'f', change that to 'm'. You are looking for something in the section starting [Variables] which looks like Metric=f.

That said, the choice of variable name is unhelpful...
