GPU meter?
Is it possible/ is there a GPU meter available for rainmeter specifically for a navida gtx 660?

Yes, but it will require 3rd party monitoring software like SpeedFan, HWiNFO or MSI Afterburner.
There are some ready-made skins out there, which from you can peak some "example" code.

If you want to make your own GPU skin, I highly recommend using MSI Afterburner (it will only work for dedicated video cards however). Plugin, measures, and general help can be found here: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=319558
