I haven't seen anything on this in the forum that i could find. I keep seeing more radial graph style hdd displays. Is something like this possible for rainmeter. (sorry i'm not a programmer.)

Yes very possible.
Take a look at the basic system tutorial http://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/getting-started/basic-tutorials/system to see how easy it is to get started without any programming experience.
Play around with the examples in the tutorial and come back here if you get stuck or can't get it looking the way you want.
