[REQUEST] Can someone help me make this theme for someone?

only a few things he wants to be changed though from this picture:

Need meters for 4 CPU's instead of 2 (Move CPU1 and CPU2 up, then fit those underneath)
Need name of month to be in English
Will need to assist in installation of script

I'm sorry, but requests are absolutely not allowed on the forums. Nor are any posts related to selling skins or otherwise making money from creating skins.
