Rainmeter Download Speed Meter?

Hey everyone! I am new here and I am currently editing the Sci Fi Skin to match my needs. Here is the skin http://www.rainmeterskin.com/rainmeter/2012/1217/348.html. I would like to change the NetIn and NetOut meters to measure the Download and Upload speed instead of current data being downloaded/uploaded. Does anyone know of a way to do this? There has to be a way, but all of my google searching has come up with nothing. Thanks in advance!

I assume you mean the maximum speed your download and upload connection supports? If so, then no, I don't think there is any automated way.

Well that's a bummer... I guess I am done personalizing my skin then...
