Saw this photo on 4chan. don't laugh. I have used rainmetter a few times but i have no clue to how do this can anyone help.

I would say: yes

the sound knob in the bottom right is probably the hardest to make, since you need to simulate the drag and drop, but its possible in Rainmeter, there is just no easy way but to hardcode it with _many_ meters. The image itself woul probably a Bitmap Meter or a very long calc or Lua script. Same goes for the one in the top left corner.

The Volume knob in the bottom right corner is a skin I wrote. Check my Devart link in my signature...

The rest of the meter look like a mixed bag of Rainmeter skins, so to get your desktop looking something like the screenie, install Rainmeter and search DA for the others

€ with interactive I mean directly clickable and not with mouse wheel ^^
