Multiple actions

So, here's my question. I have a skin that does stuff when I click it once. Let's say that it launches a specific program- let's go with Notepad- and also changes its color, say from a dull gray to a bright white.

My question is, does it do these simultaneously, or does it do them one at a time? If the former, is there a way to make the skin do both in sequence?

the first action is executed first and then the second if possible. the program will not halt until the first one is finished if its for example a called programm. AutoScript can halt his script execution though which you might want to look at depending on your needs.
