Hi guys, i need to know can a plugin be made to control the volume levels of single channles on realtelk audio manager ,like turning down the center channle ,and so forth

yes, you can make a plugin that will do anything you want on your computer, you could even (provided the proper hardware) make a plugin that will make you coffee in the morning

Hey there,

is there a simple way to switch between the different equalizersettings with Rainmeter?

No.

If there is some kind of command-line utility that will change those settings, then you can execute that from Rainmeter, but certainly nothing in Rainmeter itself has any such capability.
