Empty "blank" characters not showing when using UseD2D=1

I found this bug using D2D and StringAlign=Right. This does not happen with StringAlign=Left, and I did not test this with StringAlign=Center. Trailing spaces are rendering, but they appear on the left side of the string instead of the right. I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not, just bringing it to attention.

Because of all the inconsistencies with drawing trailing whitespace with GDI+ and D2D, we have decided to remove the recent changes and go with a new option. Look for it in the next beta.
