Good thing I looked this more closely. I just saw the subject pop up on my Rainmeter RSS feed, and had the delete post / ban user for life script ready to fire...

Glad you guys spotted this one too. 
I saw it when he tried to submit it to the Rainmeter group; I've messaged the authors of some of the skins I saw in there (Kaelri, Daelnz, UltraBE), though there are other skins in the screenshot that I recognize but don't know the author for. If you guys recognize any of the others then message the authors to let them know. Daelnz said he sent they guy a cease and desist letter and it's been reported... so fingers crossed for some ban-hammer action.
