Will "Show Desktop.scf" be noticed by an antivirus?

One of the biggest problems I've had with publishing skins is false-positives with antivirus programs. I would like to include the "Show Desktop.scf" shortcut with my skin, but I do not want to do so if it will mean every 4th comment on my DeviantArt page will be "This has a virus. Don't download.", which seriously hampers your skin's hits.
