CPU Temps without third party software?

Is possible do make a skin that read CPU Temp without having any third party software running in background, like CoreTemp ?

orbmu2k CPU gadget for Windows Gadgets, manage to find a solution to that by using an open source driver called WinRing-0, the user just have to install the driver once, and it keep working even after PC reboot.

I don't know any programming language, just basics for HTML and CSS, so I can't even figure out if it is possible to be done in Rainmeter or not.

If not, maybe this driver could be implemented in Rainmeter as a build in plugin.
