Made the autoscale size changes to round meters (cheers JS) which meant editing 68 skins and centralising the styles into setting.inc so that it only needs one file edited rather than 68 in future... :o

Fixed Left Wifi meters which were missing the reduction calc and the usual fixes and tweaks I can never recall... :x
