Simply, would it be possible? I know rainmeter is supposed to be used on the desktop, but there are some features i want to add to the windows 8 start screen(the one with all of the apps and icons)
Please forgive me if there is something stupid written in this message, im still pretty new to this.

No, Rainmeter is not a native Windows 8 application, nor any kind of development tool that can create "live tiles" or other Windows 8 "Modern UI" features.
