I tried downloading rainmeter but when i tried opening the program i got this message after downloading rainmeter:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
What do i do to fix this?
Pleas help!

This generally points to a Windows configuration or hardware issue on your end, often with some kind of conflict with 32bit and 64bit software or drivers. What I recommend that you try is to uninstall Rainmeter, and install it again selecting the 32bit version of Rainmeter. See if that fixes the issue.
There are other suggestions here: https://www.google.com/search?q=error+0xc000007b however there are a wide range of possible issues, and you need to be careful. I would not go whacking at the issue unless I had a decent backup.
