Rainmeter will not start

I have been using Rainmeter without much issue for months now. However I was making a new layout, so I unloaded all of the skins currently loaded, and went to search for new skins. Once I found one and installed it, I tried to open Rainmeter, and it wouldn't open, no errors, nothing. It said it was running in task manager, so I ended the process and tried again, and nothing. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the newer release, still nothing. Any ideas or help would be appreciated, I am running Windows 7.

Look in the Notification Area. The Rainmeter icon may be hidden as Windows does that automatically.
