Dragging over Skins

I noticed that hiding on hover won't work while dragging something and got told on the IRC channel that it's because rainmeter can't tell if you're dragging a non-rainmeter element or not.

Well it's nice to know it can do things with dragging appearantly but for me that's a problem cause I'm not using that but I'd like it to go out of the way when I'm dragging something.

So I'd like to suggest a setting flag that could be added into the skin's source which disables this dragging handling so it would simply ignore dragged things and if set to, hide on hover again.

Maybe something like DisableDragging=1 for the [Rainmeter] block.
