Read Files from Folders
I think it would be a good idea to have a plugin that can read files from folders, and can assign actions to execute them. Just a thought...

If it just displays the strings of the specified text file, it is already possible by WebParser.dll or Quote.dll. You should use WebParser, if you want to parse a text and to extract a specific character string.
