Could you provide us a little more information?
What version of Windows are you running (XP, Vista, 7, 8)?
Is your OS a 32-bit or 64-bit machine?
What version of Rainmeter are you using? And have you tried the latest beta?
On some systems there is a 49 day limit on retrieving system uptime information. This is a Microsoft problem, not a Rainmeter problem.

It looks like an accurate system uptime for Windows XP (and 2003), is a max of 49.7 days.
Windows Vista, 7 and 8 will display the correct time past 49.7 days (up to around 585 million years!)
