That doesn't look wrong to me. Do you have the notes.txt in the same folder as the ini file? If yes, perhaps the separator character is the problem? Try removing that line Separator=¶. Normally, a linebreak is the default separator and you shouldn't need anything special here.

Can you give a link to the skin? I downloaded the one from here and it worked just fine without changing anything.

That's the one I got, too!!! I guess I will just not use the Notes...Everything else works fine...*sigh*
