Skin background expanding on show/hide bangs..

I have kinda weird problem with my skin.
There is some show/hide/toggle bangs, and when any is executed then my skin background expanding vertically, about 10px every click.
Everything goes ok back on refresh.. No idea what happening..
My skin uses BackgroundMode=3

Forgot to mention that I'm using latest beta of Rainmeter (r1598) installed as portable on USB stick

Kinda figured out what causes my problem.. is meter preventing showing Rainmeter menu on right mouse click..
