Can you try this WebParser tester to make sure your Rainmeter is able to connect to the Internet?

I take it this means yes? :L

Ok. One more possibility: can you try completely exiting Rainmeter (right-click the tray icon and click Exit), then restart the program? Sometimes the WebParser measure can get "stuck" after it's been refreshed too many times in a short period.
