Lightning? Snow? Did I miss something? I don't see any lightning and snow icons.
Have more fun creating skins with Sublime Text 2 and the Rainmeter Package!

Oh my. A classical case of selective perception. I kept reading "will release when finished" and didn't even bother to look if there are attachments, because an attached rmskin would mean a release for me...
