ever considered trying these icons for weather: http://merlinthered.deviantart.com/art/plain-weather-icons-157162192 ? Mwahahaha! No, seriously. If you check the description there are some links to skins that use alternative versions of those icons. Ones that are more flat, more colorful etc. You should be able to use these too if you want since it's all creative commons.

Or you can do your own weather icons. It's fun but it can be confusing to get all the conditions for the codes right. This simple round flat yellow sun gives me the idea of a whole weather icon set where every icon consists only of different (or equally) colored circles.

I was actually looking at those. I want as flat as possible though without shadow etc. Do you have the psd or whatever for easy editing?

If you download them from the link I posted it contains the original svg files I created with Inkscape. You can use that to make your own adaptation.

Update: No more AM/PM in clock. I think it looks better. Added condition icons to the extended forecast on the weather tile as well as night time icons. Media player is about 90% complete. Will release when its done. Hope you like it.

Weather icons looking nice so far. You might want to make the gray in some of the icons a tiny bit darker. When I look at my screen from a bit above, I can't distinguish it from the background. Might have to do with my screen, but other people have crappy screens too ;)

Haha, I never took that into account. I use my 55" LED for my computer monitor :sly: its pretty vivid.
