Rainmeter won't load after unloading all skins

Hello,

Everything was working fine until I unloaded all the skins on rainmeter. All links I have to the application won't open anything, not by clicking, right-clicking, using Run, nothing. There seems to be no way I can load even a single skin or open the manager to try loading a skin. I also restarted my computer and nothing loaded.

Is there any way I can fix this? I've looked for a way to open a skin itself in my skin folders but they only give me text files that I can't use to open a skin.

After starting Rainmeter, there is no Rain-Drop like icon in the Notification Area?

rainmeter.exe is not listed in Task Manager's list of running processes?

It was in the notification area but wasn't responding there either. I fixed it by installing the new version of rainmeter.
