I just updated, and tried to download Rainmeter, only to still get that WS.Reputation.1 "threat".
I wonder if it takes a day or so to filter down to all their servers.
I will keep on updating and checking things out.

Looks like this issue with Norton has been fixed.
To any Norton users out there: Make sure you run "LiveUpdate" (Right click on the Norton icon in notification area, or system tray, and select "Run LiveUpdate"). I had to run this several times to make sure everything updated correctly (Sometimes it needs to update certain parts of the AV before updating other parts).
