I read over the manual and couldn't find this information...
How does the .rmskin file install the Rainmeter.ini information, where do I put the Rainmeter.ini file, and in Template/Themes, do I place a folder or the .thm file?
Every time I install my theme everything starts at 0x, 0y because it has no placement information to go on. I am beginning to think the only way to do this is have a .bat copy and paste over the default Rainmeter.ini file. I don't want people to install my theme and be forced to set everything up manually.

What you do is go into the Manage dialog after setting everything up the way you want, and creating a Theme under the Themes tab.
Once you have done that, go to %APPDATA%\Rainmeter\Themes and copy the folder for the Theme you just created.
This folder needs to be pasted into the Themes folder of the .rmskin template.
