I think this one will be a cool stuff..

And it can have a layer like photoshop whether it is on top or bottom the layer..
It just like C++'s function, you can call the skin.ini and then disable it..
You can save CPU resource if the update is something like 50 or 100..
This kind of feature is great when create a menu style rainmeter..
