Yeah. I'm running XP-SP2 with bbLean 1.16 and I get the same thing.
*mark Hide hidden folder* *apply* rainmeter refresh.
*pressing OK after apply has been pressed* rainmeter refresh.

It also refreshes when it returnes from screensaver, but I'd say thats a good thing.
It does however randomly crash when returning from screen saver. But I'm to lazy to report it until now since I don't really bother that it does. I like it even though it feels like crashing on me.
I don't think, therefore I'm not.

Same Bug with "Supreme Auction" ( Ebay-Tool) :
preview my auction with IE 8-refresh all gadgets in rainmeter/Vista sidebar 4.5 !

Same problem when i closed the preview!

on xp does that when lock/unlock taskbar, customize system tray
Zero at programing, zero at writing codes, so far 2 at making images
But I'm good at copy/paste, and I not always like this
