Rainmeter backup wont install

Ok I am a bit new to this application week 2 at that most..

I installed some weather skin(and the goofy thing installed guess as a theme with an error) and goofed up all I had worked on for 2 days .. So i go to back up and they wont work I get

"Unable to backup from "C:Program Files\Rainmeter\Plugins\Backup\Process.dll"

I clicked on the backup.. where I had it stored If I choose Backup in the mangage screen .. it installs ARP ..

I am baffled by the same problem,just fresh installed OS and i can't get my "backup" to install same problem as above
