I do agree that a CTRL-mouse or some other key/mouse combination would be a nice feature. Where you could drag a skin or even get to the context menu of the skin when you already have both right and left click mouse actions on the skin.

There are ways to plan ahead and have an invisible image meter behind your skin that is bigger than the area the mouse action is on, so you have someplace to use to drag, but it would in any case still be a handy feature so you didn't have to "build" that into each skin.
