I just started using Rainmeter today so I hope this isn't a stupid question. I've been looking all over for people with similar problems on the forum, but I can't seem so find anything.
I can never seem to get the core temperature to work. I've even copied and pasted the example code from the online manual but it just says the temp is 0 degrees. Is there something wrong with the plug-in/is there something else I need to do first? Also, I'm using the 64-bit version if that matters.

Did you download, install and start the Core Temp program? The plugin depends on it...N0doze wrote:I just started using Rainmeter today so I hope this isn't a stupid question. I've been looking all over for people with similar problems on the forum, but I can't seem so find anything.

Re: Core temp problems

And the CPU has to be supported, too...

It's an AMD Athlon II. I think I saw it on the list.Arne Anka wrote:And the CPU has to be supported, too...
Yes, I did. However, I didn't have it running while I was testing the skin /facepalmArne Anka wrote:Did you download, install and start the Core Temp program? The plugin depends on it...
So now it works! The only thing now is it displays the temp with an accented "A" after it, then degrees in Celsius. I know I saw a forum post about this recently. Any quick fix for this?
Thank you for all the helpful replies Much appreciated!

Re: Core temp problems
Hallo guys
I have problems to find a skin with support my CPU: AMD Athlon X2 6400+
I maybe tested 20 different skins - no positive results.
noone shows the cpu-temperature
My favourite skin is the GalaxySuite.
Maybe someone can help do modify the ini-file or there is a skin, what definitely works with my cpu
