are you talking about the chronophage? and the date and time skins? If so you have to edit the ini file for each of them. Once you open the ini file go down to the [Variables] and change that line to the folder that Variable.inc is located it should be

C:\Users\#UserName#\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\rainningPlanets\Elementary\Variables.inc

Insert your user name in place of #username#

This is mine -

C:\Users\Punisher\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\rainningPlanets\Elementary\Variables.inc

This should rather be replaced by #SKINSPATH#\rainningPlanets\Elementary\Variables.inc. Absolute paths are evil.
Have more fun creating skins with Sublime Text 2 and the Rainmeter Package!

Or even:

#ROOTCONFIGPATH#Elementary\Variables.inc

So I need to edit the Chronophage itself along with the date and time? This is my first time, so I need a little of a walk though
