Skin to display network bandwidth usage by process

Hi,
I'm looking for a skin to display the top X process ordered by bandwidth usage. I looked around an search the forum, but couldn't find any, so I'm wondering if that's possible.

I'm a newbie, so I'm sorry if my question is inappropriate or not in the right forum.

Windows Perfmon (and thus the Rainmeter Perfmon plugin) does not have the ability to detect bandwidth usage by process. Some kind of 3rd party network monitoring utility that can write to a log file Rainmeter can read would probably be required. Not sure of any good candidates.

In any case, there are certainly no existing skins with this capability that I am aware of.
