Very weird. Can you try running isadmin.exe (post result here)? Also try right-clicking -> Run as administrator if it gives "User" when running normally.

Thanks for helping with this issue. I'm sure we'll get it solved later today at this pace :)

There is not place to change user, and right click does nothing

Have you've been able to install other applications successfully? Here is one last test: isadmin2.exe

It's always the same between newbies and pros, they don't use the same 'speech'.

So start your windows explorer, go to the directoy where the "Rainmeter-2.2.exe" has been stored.
Rightclick this exe-file. Select the second column of the context-menue "run as Admin".

That's it.
