After you unload your monitor software, restart Rainmeter.

Not sure if you want to get rid of that monitor software, but looks like it conflicts with the "On Desktop" stuff with Rainmeter. I have never used that particular one, but I used to use UltraMon and it worked fine. I just use Windows 8 and don't need any multi-monitor software anymore, it's all built in with Win8.

Right now they are working perfectly fine together, haven't had any problems. I think my computer just needed a restart.
