I uninstalled Rainmeter because of a glitch with one of my skins, and now every time I try to re-download any version of Rainmeter (3.0.2, 3.1 beta, 3.0.1, etc), the installer is in Arabic and an error pops up and says something in Arabic and "Plugins\AdvancedCPU.DLL\".
I don't have any Rainmeter files on my computer and have it completely uninstalled. What is going on?

I have followed those steps and still receive the same error. There aren't any hidden files, correct? Because Rainmeter has been wiped clean from my computer.

I'm not seeing Rainmeter under "Wow6432Node".

Try running the installer "As Administrator". Does that make any difference?
