rainmeter virus/installing in arabic

I received an alert from my current install that there was a rainmeter update (3.0.2) when I went to install it after the download (downloaded from rainmeter.net), it tried to install in Arabic instead of in English. I do not read Arabic so I have no idea what the error is. It is not getting through the install but after I saw it the first time virus scans were run an nothing was found on it. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as to what the error is and why it is Arabic.
