Install issues

I decided to update my rainmeter today, from 2.3 to 2.4. However, I've come to an issue. When i use the install exe for rainmeter 2.4 it starts, but quickly gives me an error, all of which is in what appears to be some sort of middle eastern language (not sure if it's arabic otherwise I'd say it's that). Only the words rainmeter.exe is in english. Other aspecsts of the window for the install is also in the same language.

I've attached a picture. Upon clicking retry, it just pops up again. Cancel just causes the bar to stop moving.

EDIT: Fixed it by running in administrator.
