Duplicating a skin (Illustro Feeds)

I am new to Rainmeter, which I really love. I especially like the Illustro RSS skin so much that I would like to have more than one!
There must be an obvious way of doing it, but I fail to see how, and searching the forums has yielded nothing yet...

I tried everything such as duplicating the feeds.ini in the Feeds folder, but each time I load the second feeds skin I created, it unloads the other one...
How can I display more than 1 feeds skin?

Is each INI file in its' own folder? Basically your directory structure should look something like this:
\Rainmeter\Skins\illustro\Feeds 1\feeds1.ini
\Rainmeter\Skins\illustro\Feeds 2\feeds2.ini
