animations not running smooth

hello, i have a few animations on my desktop but there not running smooth, I'm running an Intel i7 2.5 GHz processor and an 4830 hd radeon graphics card with 12 GB of ram so my computer can handle it, is it just rainmeter doing this or is it my computer?

What is the update rate on them? Animations seem to require a very low update. Something like Update=40 or Update=50. Update=33 is 30fps.

no my update was 50 so i changed it to 40 and it didn't change anything, the animation just spins faster but it stops for a brief time then starts up again, it like jitters if you know what i mean.

Perhaps the animation is coded poorly. In this case you'd have to contact the author of the skin.
