Recyle Bin Skins open with "Libraries"

Recyle Bin Skins open with "Libraries"

When I open recycle bin from a skin, it brings up "Libraries" instead of "Recycle Bin". What could I have screwed up?
Windows 10 Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.870)

Can you show us the code you're using for your mouse action? (Kind of hard to help without it.)

Thanks for response....I figured out I had corrupted my Rainmeter installation and reinstalled it - all is ok now. Appreciate your post tho.
