Help with Rainmeter Launchers

So the only problem I'm now encountering is how to modify a "launcher" to launch programs like Steam, ITunes, Fraps, Audacity and the like. I've got it to open files by putting the directory path as the ButtonCommand=!Execute ["Folderpath"] function, but the instructions tell me I have to manually find the path of an application in order to launch it. I have no idea where or how to find that.

find the the app in the start menu. right click on it. click on properties. copy. paste into the config file.
